Ms Nichols became a partner in Coffey & Nichols, LLC in 1/08 after being an associate with Coffey and Associates since 2001. Her practice is limited to plaintiff’s personal injury law. Genevieve graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a BA in history in 1996, from St. Louis University School of Law in with a JD in 1999 and from UCity High in 1992.
Ms Susi practices in the areas of family law, civil litigation, and estate planning at Zerman & Mogerman, LLC She earned her J.D. in 1999 from the University of Missouri, Columbia - School of Law where as a third year she served as President of the student organized Women's Lawyers Association. She graduated cum laude from the University of Missouri, St. Louis with a B.A. in Political Science, a Minor in Legal Studies and a Certificate in Women and Gender studies. Tricia has been on the board of the Women's Lawyers Association of Greater St. Louis for the past four years as member at large, secretary and vice-president. In 2003, Tricia was elected to be the Chair of the Family Law and Juvenile Law Section of the BAMSL, and in 2004, she received an Award of Merit from the Young Lawyers' Division of BAMSL. Tricia currently serves as Vice Chair of the Young Lawyers Division of BAMSL and is a co-chair of BAMSL's Read Across America program.
Nicole Colbert-Botchway 111 N. 7th Street St. Louis, MO 63101 Fax: (314) 340-7029 Ms Colbert-Botchway obtained her BA. and J.D. from St. Louis University in 1993 and 1996, respectively, and her MBA from the University of Missouri, St. Louis in 2002. After law school she worked for the Law Offices of Smith and Associates, litigating family law, personal injury and consumer law cases. In 1998, she joined City of St. Louis, Circuit Attorney's Office in the Child Support Unit. As a prosecutor she litigated felony criminal non-support actions along with civil paternity and contempt actions on behalf of the State of Missouri establishing and enforcing child support. In January of 2004, Nicole joined The Attorney General’s Office in St. Louis as the Modification Unit Coordinator in the Financial Services Division. In this position she maintains a large caseload and supervises seven attorneys handling cases 33 counties handling child support modifications and other financial cases for the State of Missouri, Department of Social Service, Financial Support Division in the eastern regions of Missouri. She has written and argued appellate and Supreme Court cases on the cutting edge aspects of DNA testing and its effects on determinations of non-paternity. She is a member of the Missouri and Illinois bars, BAMSL’s family and business law sections, Women’s Lawyers Association membership committee, Mound City Bar Association and Better Family Life. She sits on the boards of Redevelopment Opportunities for Women (ROW) and The Archway Chapter of the Links Inc. where she serves as the treasurer. She is Coordinator of the Lisa Colbert Memorial Scholarship sponsored by the Southern University Edwardsville Foundation, which gives scholarships to students majoring in theater/performing arts. Nicole has previously conducted Family Law related CLE presentations for the Attorney General’s Office, and the St. Louis County Bar Association.

She graduated from the University of Illinois where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Illinois Law Update and a member of the Frederick Green Moot Court National Team. She has been a member of WLA since 2000 and has co-chaired the Scholarship Committee for the past 3 years. She is also President of the Americorps St. Louis Junior Board and is an attorney-coach for the Parkway North High School Mock Trial Team. Melanie received her Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri Columbia School of Law in 2002. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Truman State University in 1998. Melanie is licensed to practice in Missouri. During law school, Ms. Knies was a member and the Design and Layout Editor for the Missouri Environmental Law and Policy Review. Also during law school, she clerked with the Missouri Attorney General’s office in the Consumer Protection Division and at Legal Services of Eastern Missouri. Garnholz & Ricci, LC Ms Ricci enjoys a civil law practice at Garnholz & Ricci, LC, focusing primarily on family law, business law, and business litigation. She earned her J.D. from Rutgers University in 1989, where she was a member and associate editor of the Law Journal. She received her B.A. from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1980. Lynn has been a community volunteer for many years, presently serving on the Boards of Dance St. Louis and Alliance Française. She additionally serves on the City of University City Plan Commission, the Missouri Bar Mentoring Committee, and volunteers for Legal Advocates for Abused Women. Lynn loves to read and dine with friends. She tolerates exercise. She graduated from St. Louis University Law School in 2000, and while there served as Treasurer of the Women Law Students' Association. Last year she co-chaired the WLA Holiday Party/Charity Auction Committee. She believes that "the support system offered by [WLA] is important in the legal community" and she is looking forward to serving on the Board. And, she runs half-marathons!
Fax: (314) 615-4477 Ms DuBois is the Managing Attorney for Legal Services of Eastern Missouri’s Family Court Project. In her practice she represents and defends parents who have children under the jurisdiction of the St. Louis County Family Court. Ms. DuBois received her J.D. from the University of Arizona College of Law (Tucson) in 1987, and has represented clients in the fields of criminal, securities and family law. A St. Louis native, she is admitted to practice in the state of Missouri and before the United States Supreme Court. Her clients have ranged from multi-national financial institutions to inmates on Arizona’s death row to homeless mothers. Her professional passions are constitutional law and appellate practice. Kathleen has been a Member at Large of the WLA Board since 2004, served on the Legislative Committee from 1999 until 2005, and since 2005 has been liaison for the Membership Committee. She received the President’s Award in 2005 for her efforts in representing mothers at risk for losing their children. She serves on the Program Council for the St. Louis Ethical Society and is an instructor in the Legal Studies program at St. Louis Community College at Meramec.

She graduated from St. Louis University School of Law in 1996 cum laude, and while there served as Managing Editor of the St. Louis University Law Journal. In 2006 she received BAMSL's John C. Shepard Professionalism Award and in 2007 she received the Missouri Bar's Lon Hocker Award for her excellence as a young trial attorney. Ms McMahon has worked in the St. Louis City Counselor's Office for 13 years, working with a variety of cases ranging from employment litigation to juvenile law. Prior to that she worked with the St. Louis County Public Defender. She holds a bachelor's degree in social work and her law degree both from St. Louis University. She served on the WLA Board as a Member at Large during 2003. She is currently on the Board of the Flora Conservancy. She loves living in Soulard, yoga and singing.
